Responsible for assessment, information architecture
front end development of this e-commerce site. Capable of serving
gift lists from 1-1000's, this site includes the concept of address book
maintenance (with address correction software), group creation, gift
reminders and standing orders. This site is designed to be both
elegant and robust.
Instrumental in working with Swedish international
design firm to
conceptualize a 3-year business vision and strategy for EF. Helped to
direct and manage 2 launches for 415,000 page international site in 47
languages within 6 month time period. Managed a team of 16 people,
and filled a range of positions at this international language company,
including creative director and production manager. Position required
international travel and working with parent company in Sweden.
Responsible for brand implementation and site information
architecture/design. Tripled all reservations and inquiries within six
months of hire.
